Ex-Employee Murders Family In Revenge Plot

Todd Erb owned a lawn-care business called Sundown Gardens. He often employed young, strong men who promised to follow through with their job effectively. One of his employees was a 20–year-old Christian Haley. At first, he managed to show up on time and offer a lot of help with jobs. However, his once motivated attitude quickly shifted to constant tardiness.

The job ultimately lasted three months before Todd fired Christian for poor attendance. After being fired, Christian didn’t accept this decision calmly. He refused to look for more jobs, and instead, expressed to his friends that he wanted to rob his ex-boss because he was fired. His circle of people didn’t doubt his evil plot, but they also never reported his plans to authorities — leading to tragedy.

On December 20th, 2013, Christian broke into the Erb residence while Todd was away from the home on a work job. Christian’s initial intentions were to burglarize the house and leave, but his plot took a different turn when he found Todd’s wife and daughter inside.

Marylyn (52) and Kelley (23) were baffled at the sight of an unknown man in their home, yet they barely had time to react. Christian picked up a heavy object and repeatedly bashed each woman in the head until they fell unresponsive. He left their bodies…
